Role Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to assist our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing both inbound and outbound candidates, refining and scaling our hiring processes, and driving strategic recruitment across a variety of roles and departments. This position offers a unique opportunity to build and implement systems that enhance our employer brand, streamline operations, and shape Keen's talent strategy as we grow. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Screen, interview, and source candidates both inbound and outbound - guiding them from first touch point to offer letter
  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment approaches
  • Develop and optimise sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and direct outreach to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across entry-level to senior roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience at each stage
  • Build and implement recruitment processes, including improvements in ATS usage, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Champion Keen's employer brand locally, with a focus on driving awareness and visibility in the Cape Town talent market
  • Oversee ATS administration (Workable), ensuring data accuracy and effective usage across the team
  • Produce regular reporting on key recruitment metrics, trends, and insights for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labour legislation and align with best practices
Experience Required:
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, within the BPO industries
  • Proven track record of managing end to end recruitment
  • Strong experience recruiting across diverse functions including customer experience, digital, tech, creative, and operations
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems like Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives that increase Keen's visibility and recognition as an employer of choice
  • Identify and build partnerships with external platforms, awards, and communities to showcase Keen's employer brand and attract top-tier talent
  • Strategically source from competitor brands and relevant talent pools, using market intelligence to inform recruiting efforts
  • Knowledge of South African labour laws and recruitment compliance
  • A proactive, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset
