We are a small, agile company in Cape Town looking for a Bookkeeper & Operations Administrator who isn't afraid to wear multiple hats. The Opportunity

This isn't just a desk job - it's a growth role. You will start by mastering our cloud-based Accounts Payable and bank reconciliations, but we've designed this position to scale. As you settle in, you will take on broader financial management, statutory compliance, and operational systems optimization.

What you will do
  • Perform cloud bookkeeping and basic financial reporting.
  • Assist with our recruitment pipeline, from posting ads to vetting candidates.
  • Maintain our CRM and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
  • Support the Director with ad-hoc operational tasks to keep the business moving.
What we are looking for
  • Solid experience in cloud bookkeeping (Xero or Zoho CRM preferred).
  • High technical fluency - you learn new software quickly and independently.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English.
  • A proactive, flexible mindset suited for a small-team culture.
  • We are located in the Southern Suburbs, it is an in office position and not near public transport so this will need to be considered.
