Job Description
  • Bookkeeping
  • Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Month end processing and reconciliations
  • Operations & Administration
  • Placing stock orders with international suppliers
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating reorders
  • Obtaining shipping quotes from freight providers
  • Coordinating import shipments and clearing documentation
  • Liaising with freight forwarders and clearing agents
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years bookkeeping experience
  • Bookkeeping or accounting qualification preferred (not essential)
  • Experience with accounting software (Xero, Sage, Pastel or similar)
  • Strong Excel skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detail
