Bartender - Luxury Hotel - Cape Town Role Overview

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender for a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This is a fantastic opportunity for a service-driven individual with a passion for mixology and guest engagement to join a high-end hospitality team.

Position: Live-out

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and signature drinks
  • Deliver exceptional, engaging service to guests at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
  • Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale bar environment
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented with a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
