Are you passionate about mixing drinks and milkshakes, crafting killer coffees, plating up next level desserts and waffles, and delivering top notch service? V8 Roadhouse, an award winning restaurant known for exceptional food, unforgettable drinks, and a lively, family friendly atmosphere, is looking for an energetic and skilled Barman to join our front of house team!
As a Barman at V8 Roadhouse, you'll be at the heart of the action-mixing beverages, preparing specialty coffees, whipping up milkshakes, desserts, and waffles, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a great memory. If you're enthusiastic, service driven, and love a fast paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Need to Succeed:- A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Prior bar experience is a must.
- Ability to prepare a variety of milkshakes, hot and cold coffees, from espressos to cappuccinos.
- Basic dessert and waffle prep knowledge (training provided if needed).
- Good knowledge of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a busy environment and handle pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency (local language skills are a plus).
- Mixing and serving a wide range of drinks efficiently and accurately.
- Preparing high quality coffees to meet guest preferences.
- Making milkshakes, waffles, and desserts to V8 standards.
- Keeping the bar, coffee, and dessert station clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Following all hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborating with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Contributing to the upbeat and welcoming vibe of V8 Roadhouse.
- You're reliable, friendly, and love making people feel welcome.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting drinks, desserts, and good vibes.
