• Craft exceptional coffee and other beverages with care, speed, and consistency
• Create a welcoming space for every guest - greet them with a smile and genuine vibe
• Work together with your teammates to keep things running smoothly and cleanly
• Learn and rotate between various roles - coffee, till, light prep, floor, and more

• A positive attitude and love for people - even on busy days
• A willingness to learn and grow (barista experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker)
• The ability to work set hours, including Saturdays or early mornings
• A team mindset - we rise together
