We're looking for passionate and skilled Baristas to join our team at the Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge in Queenstown Airport. This role is all about creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional coffee and transformational service. You'll be part of a high-performing team that delivers a uniquely Kiwi experience in a premium hospitality environment. This is a Casual position where hours of work are "as and when" required basis upon business needs. Therefore, You MUST be available during weekends

• Prepare and serve espresso beverages with precision, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate and maintain the coffee bar, including stock management and daily reconciliation.
• Deliver warm, authentic customer service that aligns with the Air New Zealand brand.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming coffee bar environment.
• Support lounge operations and assist team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Experience in a similar barista or hospitality role, with a passion for customer service.
• Team player with a flexible, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Physically fit, reliable, and committed to personal presentation and hygiene.
• Holds or is willing to obtain NZQA Level 2 or 3 Barista Skills Certificate and AVSEC clearance.
