Overview

A hugely-loved multi floor pub with an exciting new direction for business. This brilliant, successful, and loved three story venue is known for its excellent beers, low intervention wines, and a stunning rooftop overlooking London. We are looking for a Bar Manager to oversee the beverage offering across the venue.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the bar across all floors.
  • Maintain a large pub cellar, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
  • Lead a small bar team and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Deliver high quality beer, wine, and cocktail service while keeping product knowledge up to date.
  • Handle high volume service during busy periods.
Qualifications
  • Existing bar manager experience within a pub setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with large pub cellars and high volume service.
  • Commitment to sustainability and outstanding customer focus.
