Overview 
A hugely-loved multi floor pub with an exciting new direction for business. This brilliant, successful, and loved three story venue is known for its excellent beers, low intervention wines, and a stunning rooftop overlooking London. We are looking for a Bar Manager to oversee the beverage offering across the venue.
Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the bar across all floors.
- Maintain a large pub cellar, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
- Lead a small bar team and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Deliver high quality beer, wine, and cocktail service while keeping product knowledge up to date.
- Handle high volume service during busy periods.
- Existing bar manager experience within a pub setting.
- Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with large pub cellars and high volume service.
