Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 23 countries, islooking for a strong Sales Team Lead to oversee and motivate a team of B2C Sales Agents, while driving performanceand supporting continuous improvement of sales processes and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that teams have the necessary resources available to perform their duties.
  • Set clear performance goals and sales targets.
  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor agent performance metrics such as conversion rates, call quality, productivity and compliance.
  • Provide real time feedback and implement performance improvement plans where needed.
  • Drive sales campaigns and initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
  • Analyse sales trends and identify opportunity to increase conversion rates and customer value.
  • Ensure agents have up-to-date product knowledge, pricing and promotional information.
  • Develop agents' sales skills, product knowledge and customer handling techniques.
  • Track KPI's such as sales volumes, conversion rates, QA scores and absenteeism.
  • Monitor calls to ensure adherence to company policies and sales scripts.
  • Foster a positive and motivating team environment.
  • Resolve operational issues affecting the team.
  • Ensure that changes made to existing procedures or any new procedures are effectively communicated
    to relevant departments.
  • Drive staff retention by creating a positive, supportive, and growth-focused work environment.
Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate/Grade 12
• 3 years call centre sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Deep understanding of call centre sales process.
• Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high pressure, target driven environments.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
