We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B VSAM Team Leader to lead a high-performing team of Account Managers within a dynamic telecommunications sales environment.

This role is ideal for a strong leader who can manage day-to-day operations while driving sales performance, team productivity, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of B2B Account Managers to achieve and exceed targets

  • Drive overall team performance, activations, and revenue growth

  • Monitor daily productivity, attendance, and operational standards

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development

  • Manage client escalations and ensure efficient resolution

  • Enforce discipline, manage absenteeism, and maintain team engagement

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion and performance

  • Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics

  • Facilitate team meetings, calibrations, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Maintain accurate reporting and administrative records

  • Manage disciplinary processes in line with company policies

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and sales effectiveness

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • 12-18 months' experience as a Team Leader in a B2B sales/call centre environment

  • Proven track record of driving sales performance (telecommunications experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and client engagement

  • Experience in coaching, performance management, and handling escalations

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
