Role Description

We are seeking a CRM & Email Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of high-performing customer lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS channels for one of E-Commerce teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and deploying campaigns, managing segmentation, and supporting performance tracking while collaborating closely with designers and marketing teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience across multiple CRM platforms while working closely with clients and contributing to impactful lifecycle marketing programs.

Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo and Emarsys
  • Collaborate with designers to brief, build, and QA email campaigns
  • Execute segmentation and list management to support targeted campaigns
  • Support the setup and maintenance of automated flows and customer journeys
  • Conduct QA across campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and support database organization
  • Assist with A/B testing and optimization of campaigns
  • Support the execution of CRM campaigns for eCommerce and retail brands, aligning messaging with promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal trends
  • Collaborate with E-commerce teams to ensure campaigns reflect merchandising priorities, inventory levels, and on-site customer experience
  • Work closely with CRM or E-commerce Managers to execute on campaign plans
  • Participate in client communication and provide updates on campaign execution
  • Support troubleshooting and platform-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing roles
  • Hands on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, SAP, Mailchimp, Emarsys, or similar
  • Understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in QA and campaign execution
  • Basic understanding of email performance metrics and reporting
  • Comfortable working with cross functional teams, especially design
  • Exposure to HTML/CSS for email is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a client facing environment
