B-BBEE Data Coordinator

Our client, a leader withing manufacturing, has an opening for a B-BBEE Data Coordinator at their Shared Services office based in Spring. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into transformation, HR analytics, or compliance through hands-on exposure to real business data.

You will sit at the heart of transformation reporting and compliance, ensuring that everything runs accurately, on time, and audit-ready:

• Consolidating and validating B-BBEE data across the business
• Preparing and maintaining verification documentation
• Supporting Employment Equity reporting (EEA2 & EEA4)
• Managing skills development, CSI, and supplier development data
• Assisting with transformation committee coordination
• Producing monthly dashboards and analysing trends
• Keeping everything structured, accurate, and deadline-driven

• Grade 12 with Maths as subject and ideally and accounting or financial degree
• Strong Excel and data-handling ability
• High attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
• Ability to work with complex, multi-source data
• Organised, deadline-driven, and methodical

• B-BBEE or transformation exposure
• Finance or analytical background
