Associate Analyst Consultant Luxury Property Group

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a luxury property group in Sandton seeking an Associate Analyst Consultant to join their Centre of Excellence Team. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional who is passionate about business processes, continuous improvement, and delivering practical solutions.

• Analyse and document business processes
• Test and perform quality assurance of business processes and productivity
• Assist in defining business process and activity SLAs
• Liaise with business analysts and contribute to process design and modelling
• Administer team and support systems
• Champion processes, solutions, and customer-focused initiatives
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Zoho experience is advantageous
• Experience in data analysis, manipulation, and insight generation
• Exposure to the travel sector, especially tour operations, is preferable
• Understanding of Six Sigma methodology is advantageous
• Analytical with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and map business processes and organisational structures
• Team player with a solution-oriented mindset

• 0-2 years' relevant experience
• Relevant Bachelor's degree is beneficial
• Business analyst or process analysis qualification is an advantage
