Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to Estate Practitioners and the executor/s
  • Prioritise administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met, taking into account the health status of estates
  • Scan, print and generate documents to assist in the estate administration process
  • Draft letters and emails accurately and professionally
  • Prepare and place the necessary advertisements in the media (local newspaper) and Government Gazette
  • Collect the required information that enables the Estate Practitioner to draft the Liquidation and Distribution Account (L&D) and meet closure milestones
  • Ensure that all estate-related queries are dealt with proactively and correctly

  • Matric
  • LLB qualification, advantageous but not essential
  • Computer literate, technologically savvy
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office
  • Strong systems experience, ability to follow processes
  • Quick learning ability
