About the Role In this role, you will be helping to provide legal practical guidance and market insight by contributing to the smooth running of the Analysis Commissioning and LexisAsk services. You will be liaising with authors and subject matter experts to source, draft and review responses to LexisAsk queries from customers as well as helping to source and review case and news analysis pieces to be published on Lexis+ UK for UK legal practitioners. Responsibilities Analysis Commissioning Sourcing external authors and liaising with them to provide commentary for case and news analysis Creating high standard and customer-ready case and news analysis items that are factually correct, well written and adhere to LN house style Drafting and reviewing replies to queries within a specified response time and having the ability to use AI tools to assist in eg case summarisation Supporting the development and implementation of initiatives to grow and improve the case and news analysis offering LexisAsk Triaging incoming LexisAsk queries from customers and assigning them to the correct Practice Area team using the correct Practice Area procedure Simplifying complex legal questions and liaising with the Practice Area's panel of Q&A experts to source responses from external authors Conducting legal research and liaising with subject matter experts within the Practical Guidance practice area teams Supporting the development and implementation of initiatives to grow and improve the current awareness and LexisAsk offering Requirements Have a degree in Law, or equivalent experience Demonstrate an eye for detail and a quality oriented focus Be able to demonstrate excellent research and writing skills Have a good understanding of legal issues, procedures and content types Be able to think creatively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work to strict deadlines Be able to communicate influentially and effectively to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders Be a natural, innovative problem solver, able to collaborate with your team to resolve issues Have an understanding of, and willingness to use, social media and new technology Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization, with various flexible and remote working options available to employees Working for you We know that your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
