Asbestos Survyeor/Analyst - London

Our client is a successful and fast growing asbestos company providing asbestos and environmental services to clients across the UK. They are currently recruiting a hardworking and focused Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in the London area. The successful candidate will hold the P402/3/4 asbestos certificates and will be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys and air monitoring duties on various site types. Applications will be considered from Croydon, Bromley, Epsom, Dartford, and the surrounding areas.

• P402/3/4 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Significant experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor or surveyor/analyst within the asbestos industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Package.
• Good client facing and organisational skills.
• Full understanding of Health & Safety procedures related to asbestos.
• Will also consider candidates holding P401, P402, P403, P404 or S301 CCP.

• Carry out asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on various commercial, housing, and other properties.
• Conduct asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, re occupation, visual, personal air testing, and four stage clearances.
• Collate and write asbestos reports as required.
• Oversee contractors on site, ensuring compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures.
• Liaise with the company's portfolio of clients on a regular basis, maintaining a good working rapport.

• Flexible regarding travel.
