Position Title: Appointment Setter / Internal Sales Representative (B2B)
Location: Johannesburg (Fourways)
Salary: Up to R15K CTC Per Month for the right individual + commission
Contract type: Permanent
Office set up : Hybrid (some days in office)
About Us:Our client is a leading provider in the audio-visual industry. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to their clients and are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:The Internal Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities / appointment setting, and providing exceptional service to their clients. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. There will be no micromanagement in this role so the individual need to have a mature approach and able to function independently.
It would really help if the successful individual has their own laptop.
Key Responsibilities:- Cold-call for new business opportunities.
- Must be comfortable cold calling into BUSINESSES. This is a B2B role, not B2C.
- Research, identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Assist with quoting and responding to customer emails promptly.
- Schedule surveys and meetings with clients, ensuring efficient calendar management.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
