Appointment Setter (Fully Remote for US-based Client)
Job Description
We're looking for experienced Appointment Setters with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within high-volume outbound, lead conversion, or omni-channel environments. If you're a proactive communicator with a positive attitude who thrives on building relationships, driving strategic outreach, and consistently booking qualified demos against targets, we want to hear from you. This is a salaried position rather than a commission-based role, and we're seeking individuals who are motivated, resilient, and bring consistent energy to their work, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and delivering real value rather than pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach across phone, email, and digital channels to potential clients with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Qualify prospects and schedule demos or meetings aligned with target criteria.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or appointment setting role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding demo-booking targets.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or omni-channel sales environments is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, confident phone presence, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and naturally driven in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50-100 Mbps).
- Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
- Stable backup power supply.
- Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
- Availability: Monday-Friday during U.S. time zones.
