Job Description
As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, explaining rules, terms, and procedures. You will also handle flight disruptions and cancellations, safeguard confidential information, address complaints professionally, escalation of problematic issues to the supervisor, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have a grade 12 and have experience in ticket sales within an aviation company. Must be flexible, able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts, have good computer and Microsoft Office knowledge, excellent customer service skills, excellent English language skills, and conflict resolution skills.
