The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Airline Call Center Representative to provide remote support for passengers across South Africa. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting travelers with flight bookings, cancellations, inquiries, and travel-related concerns. Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to airline services, reservations, and general inquiries.
- Assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling flight reservations.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet performance targets including call handling time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and operational changes.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality, travel, or business is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call center systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
