Job SummaryDeliver day-to-day knowledge work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities- Sales and Target: Actively work leads from Siebel, achieve a strike rate of 70%, responsible for achieving a minimum of six sales per day (number can increase as business requires).
- Customer Experience: Provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Quality of work produced: Maintain and treat client information confidentially.
- FSCA-Approved Qualification
- Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
- Experience as per the FAIS Act
- Product Specific Training once onboarded
- Class of Business Training
- Continuous Professional Development
- Attest to honesty, integrity, and good standing
- Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
