Job Summary

Deliver day-to-day knowledge work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Target: Actively work leads from Siebel, achieve a strike rate of 70%, responsible for achieving a minimum of six sales per day (number can increase as business requires).
  • Customer Experience: Provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Quality of work produced: Maintain and treat client information confidentially.
Requirements
  • FSCA-Approved Qualification
  • Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
  • Experience as per the FAIS Act
  • Product Specific Training once onboarded
  • Class of Business Training
  • Continuous Professional Development
  • Attest to honesty, integrity, and good standing
  • Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
