Job Description

A well-established organisation within the agricultural supply chain is seeking a commercially focused Parts Sales Specialist to support its mechanisation operations. The role is responsible for driving revenue through the promotion and supply of agricultural equipment components while ensuring optimal stock availability and exceptional customer service.

Essential Requirements
  • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 with Mathematics.
  • Proven experience in the sales of agricultural or heavy equipment parts.
  • Strong understanding of farming operations and mechanised equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and stock control systems.
  • Ability to perform in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through consultative engagement with customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on parts selection and application.
  • Monitor stock movement and coordinate replenishment.
  • Source specialised or scarce components through supplier networks.
  • Maintain accurate processing of all sales transactions.
  • Ensure professional presentation of the parts retail environment.
