ADMITTED ATTORNEY with more than 1 year post-admission experience

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• More than 1 year post admission experience
• Proven litigation experience (Magistrates' Court & High Court)
• Ability to manage matters independently from inception to finalisation
• Fluency in Afrikaans and Portuguese will be considered an added advantage
• Strong administrative, organisational and compliance skills
• Stable employment record with contactable references
• Valid driver's licence
• Based in Pretoria

• Administration of deceased estates and trusts
• Family, commercial, criminal and labour litigation
• Court appearances, trials, applications, and opposed matters
• Drafting pleadings, affidavits and heads of argument
• Client consultations and ongoing file management

• Cross-border and international matters
• Immigration, legalisation, apostilles and document authentication

Commencement: 01 May 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
