Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist their current admin team with the daily running of a busy small business. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic accounting, debtors and creditors reconciliation, debt collection, filing, stock management, and handling customer queries. This is an in-office position based in Modderfontein, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with debtors and creditors reconciliations
  • Perform debt collection and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain and update filing systems and records
  • Support stock control and management processes
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or accounting support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
