Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist their current admin team with the daily running of a busy small business. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic accounting, debtors and creditors reconciliation, debt collection, filing, stock management, and handling customer queries. This is an in-office position based in Modderfontein, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with debtors and creditors reconciliations
- Perform debt collection and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain and update filing systems and records
- Support stock control and management processes
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Perform general administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or accounting support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
