Area

As a Personal Assistant at Solid Projects, you'll work directly with our founder to keep schedules on track, priorities aligned, and tasks flowing. From coordinating calendars to drafting quick notes and managing day-to-day admin, your role will be to simplify the complex, pre-empt what's needed, and keep momentum moving. We're looking for someone who's part organiser, part problem-solver, and 100% reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate meetings, book appointments, and manage daily schedules

Triage emails, draft responses, and keep the inbox under control

Prep documents, presentations, or notes for key meetings

Take minutes, track follow-ups, and ensure action points don't disappear into the void

Support with personal errands and light travel coordination

Help with basic research, copywriting, and admin tasks

Keep digital files neat, labelled, and easy to navigate

Skills Required:

2+ years in a personal or executive assistant role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball

Fluent in Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Gmail)

Naturally proactive - you don't wait to be asked

Comfortable switching between professional and personal task requests

Experience:
  • You've worked closely with leadership before and understand how to support someone with a lot on their plate. Experience in a creative or digital environment is a plus, but not required.
