Adhoc Medical Personnel, Cape Town - Talent Pool

GMSRS is expanding our Cape Town site-based medical database and inviting Expressions of Interest from qualified healthcare professionals who are interested in ad hoc and standby opportunities across the greater Cape Town Metropolitan area.

This is not a permanent or immediate vacancy. We are building a vetted talent pool to support current and future client requirements. Suitable candidates will be contacted as and when project needs arise.

Our clients rely on GMSRS to provide professional, responsive and high-quality on-site medical care across sectors including:

• Tourism and mountain operations
• Renewable energy and industrial sites
• Maritime and harbour environments
• Corporate functions and private events
• Construction and infrastructure projects

We require clinicians who are adaptable, client-facing, operationally mature and able to integrate seamlessly into site-based environments.

• Emergency Care Practitioners (ECP)
• Advanced Life Support (ALS)
• Emergency Care Technicians (ECT)
• Emergency Care Assistants (ECA)
• Intermediate Life Support (ILS)
• Registed Nurses (RN)
• Medical Doctors (MP)

• Current HPCSA registration
• CPD compliant and up to date
• Based in the greater Cape Town area
• Willing to work ad hoc shifts, including short notice, weekends and public holidays
• Professional conduct with strong teamwork and clinical judgement

Previous experience in event medicine, industrial site coverage, or remote operations is advantageous.

Engagement is shift-based and dependent on client requirements. Shifts are offered based on operational demand and individual availability.
