Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts with a proactive and strategic approach
  • Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Understand client business objectives and provide strategic guidance where needed
  • Develop and manage account plans aligned to client goals and agency objectives
  • Coordinate and oversee campaign execution across internal teams including strategy, creative, development, and growth
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope
  • Manage account budgets and support financial performance and profitability
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth account operations
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity relevant to client sectors
  • Continuously improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency within the agency
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an Account Manager role within an advertising, creative, or marketing agency environment
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and campaign delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets or account profitability
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving ability
  • Confident working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross functional teams
