Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- Provide seller support via phone and email
- Resolve seller queries accurately and within agreed service levels
- Log, track, and update cases using internal systems
- Escalate complex issues where required and follow up to resolution
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and professionalism
- Communicate clearly and professionally with sellers and internal teams
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service support and/or seller support
- E-commerce experience is essential
- Advanced Excel skills
- Data analysis and reporting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Matric (Grade 12) - essential
- Additional qualifications advantageous but not required
