Job Summary

The YouTube Marketer and Podcast Producer is a hybrid creative and operational role that combines the worlds of content marketing, social media growth, and podcast production. This person is responsible for building and executing a robust podcasting pipeline while simultaneously developing and optimizing YouTube and social strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and brand visibility. The role requires excellent project management skills, an eye for detail, and a strong grasp of digital tools and audience-building best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the full guest pipeline for a recurring podcast series, identifying ideal profiles using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and managing outreach and communication throughout the process.
  • Coordinate pre-interview briefings, post-recording follow-ups, and calendar scheduling to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with video editors to ensure timely, high-quality production and publishing of each episode.
  • Lead YouTube content strategy with a focus on SEO, thumbnail optimization, and watch time retention, using analytics to guide creative decisions.
  • Manage organic and paid promotion across social channels, with the goal of maximizing engagement and reach for each piece of content.
  • Create branded assets and visual content using Canva or Adobe Photoshop, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Write and distribute weekly newsletters to nurture an audience of podcast listeners, subscribers, and potential users of a SaaS platform.
  • Create and publish supporting blog content on WordPress to boost discoverability and reinforce key messages from episodes.
  • Monitor and engage with podcast and video audiences, responding to comments, reviews, and feedback in a timely, thoughtful manner.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage workflows, track guest communication, and report on marketing funnel performance.
  • Contribute to the development of how-to content and feature descriptions that help users get the most from SaaS offerings.
  • Create instructional videos and support materials to aid customer onboarding and feature adoption.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in podcast production, content marketing, or social media coordination.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories across media.
  • Proficiency with key tools including MS Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, WordPress, and publishing platforms such as BuzzSprout, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.
  • Demonstrated ability to run both organic and paid social campaigns, with a track record of measurable audience growth.
  • Familiarity with YouTube analytics, SEO best practices, and content formatting for maximum impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.
Work Hours

This position requires availability within EST time zones. Flexibility is expected to accommodate interviews, guest communication, and live content promotion as needed.
