Ello Technology is hiring a New Business Team Lead to runthe entire growth-and-close machine: brand trust, demand generation, andclosers - with ruthless weekly scoreboards.
This is not a marketing manager role.
This is a revenue leadership role.
Primary Outcomes (Non-Negotiable)- Deliver1 qualified lead per business day into Zoho CRM
- Ship6-10 social posts per day consistently (Meta + LinkedIn)
- KeepZoho CRM and scoreboards accurate enough to forecast weekly withoutguessing
- TrustEngine Lead
- NewBusiness Consultants
You don't do everything.
You coach, measure, enforce standards, and remove bottlenecks.
What You'll Own- WeeklyGrowth & Revenue Meeting (scoreboards only - no vibes)
- Conversionbottleneck removal (lead quality, show rate, proposal-to-close)
- CRMdiscipline (Zoho is source of truth)
- Provenexperience leading growth + sales pipeline (not just marketing)
- Strongconversion math + performance systems thinking
- Abilityto coach outbound selling + closing
- Comfortwith accountability, dashboards, and standards
- ZohoCRM discipline (or ability to enforce it fast)
