- Grade 12/NQF4/equivalent qualification.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Financial Management, Digital Marketing, HRM, Project Management, etc., are an advantage.
- Currently unemployed.
- RSA citizen with SA ID card.
- No criminal record.
- No prior participation in YES or other learnership programmes.
- Age between 18 and 28.
