Cookie Notice Your Privacy Always Active This is an entry-to-mid-level developmental role designed to build project management expertise, operational discipline, and stakeholder communication skills, preparing the individual for progression to a Mid-Level Project Manager role. Key roles and responsibilities: Assist Mid-Level Project Managers and Senior Account Leads in day-to-day project coordination. Track timelines, tasks, and dependencies to ensure projects stay on schedule. Ensure project briefs, assets, and resources are clearly documented and accessible. Help identify potential risks or bottlenecks and escalate appropriately. Provide regular status updates to Mid-Level Project Managers, Business Account Leads, and internal teams. Act as a point of contact for studio resources on task assignments and deadlines. Support collaboration between internal teams and external agencies, as directed. Maintain accurate project documentation, task lists, and resource allocation records. Support weekly timesheet and tasking accuracy checks. Assist in studio workflow compliance, ensuring agreed processes and governance are followed. Help prepare basic project reports, including timelines, status updates, and deliverable tracking. Collect and consolidate data on project progress to support decision-making by Mid-Level Project Managers. Actively seek guidance from Mid-Level Project Managers and Senior Leads. Participate in mentoring, training, and feedback sessions to develop project management skills. Apply learnings to progressively take on more responsibility and complex tasks. Daily project check-ins with assigned Mid-Level Project Managers. Weekly task tracking and reporting support. Ongoing support in maintaining accurate project documentation and workflows. Participating in team meetings, briefings, and learning sessions. Accurate task tracking, timesheet reporting, and documentation. Timely escalation of project issues, risks, or dependencies. Adherence to studio processes, workflows, and governance. Clear communication with project managers, account leads, and resources. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Basic understanding of project management principles; formal certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus but not required. 0-2 years' experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or agency/studio environments. Exposure to multi-tasking across different projects or brands. Experience using project management or task-tracking tools (e.g., Workbook, Asana, Smartsheet) is advantageous.
