Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- Manage and conclude all finance and insurance processes for new and used vehicle sales
- Structure and present finance and insurance options to clients in line with compliance standards
- Open, manage, and ensure timely closure of all deal files
- Liaise with financial institutions to secure vehicle finance approvals
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and dealership policies
- Maximise profitability through the sale of value-added products (e.g., warranties, insurance, service plans)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and internal sales teams
- Monitor and manage deal progress to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Provide after-sales support related to finance and insurance queries
- 5-10 years' experience as an F&I Manager within a motor dealership environment
- Relevant F&I certification (FAIS compliant, RE accreditation preferred)
- Proven track record in concluding new and used vehicle finance deals
- Strong knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance products, and compliance regulations
- Experience working with major banks and financial institutionsExcellent administrative and organisational skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Available to start immediately
