Workshop Quality Controller ( Motor Industry)

Job Title: Quality Controller (Automotive Workshop)

Location: Johannesburg

We are looking for a skilled Quality Controller to join our dynamic workshop team! If you're passionate about vehicle quality, attention to detail, and ensuring every car meets manufacturer and dealership standards, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in a workshop environment
  • Proven Quality Control / Final Inspection experience
  • Valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct final vehicle inspections before handover
  • Perform road tests to verify repairs and diagnose issues
  • Ensure all work meets OEM standards
  • Identify substandard workmanship and take corrective action
  • Reduce workshop comebacks with proactive quality checks
  • Work closely with Workshop Controller & Service Advisors
  • Maintain accurate inspection records
