- Full F&I Qualification (NQF Level 4 Financial Qualification)
- NCR Accreditation
- RE5 Representative Accreditation
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar F&I role
- Strong administrative and compliance skills
- Experience with contracts, credit report motivations, and banking documentation
- Ability to manage digital and hard copy client files
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (BCom preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years' industry-specific senior leadership experience
- Proven experience in a Managing Director, COO, or equivalent executive role
- Strong business, financial, and operational management skills
- Experience overseeing finance, operations, sales, packhouse, and HR functions
- Demonstrated ability to lead executive teams and deliver on strategic objectives
- High integrity with a strong focus on corporate citizenship and social responsibility
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the agricultural industry, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Strong background in horticulture and crop production, preferably within the vegetable sector
- Proven experience managing agricultural operations from planting through to harvest, packing, and logistics
- Solid knowledge of production planning, budgeting, cost control, and yield optimisation
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, and strategic sourcing within an agricultural environment
- Understanding of retailer technical and audit requirements (advantageous)
- Experience supplying produce into major South African retail value chains (advantageous)
- Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and managing farm teams
- Knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (mandatory)
- Relevant Credit Management or Accounting Diploma (advantageous)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in credit control, with 3-5 years in a senior or credit management role
- Accounting experience with strong exposure to debtor management and reconciliations
- Proven experience in cash allocation, reconciliation, and cash-flow forecasting
- Strong computer literacy with advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience working on ERP systems (Business Central / NAV advantageous)
- Solid knowledge of credit risk assessment, collections procedures, and debtor management
- Understanding of the National Credit Act and receivables-related financial practices
- Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans

- Proven ability to generate new business through telesales, cold calling, and client visits
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience compiling quotes and proposals

- Ability to meet weekly activity targets and monthly sales targets

- SAIW or IIW Level 1 Welding Inspector Diploma (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or production management role
- Proven experience within a manufacturing or industrial production environment
- Knowledge of quality standards and ISO requirements (including ISO 3834)
- Experience managing order fulfilment, delivery schedules, and production targets
- Workforce management experience, including performance management and disciplinary processes
- Strong understanding of health and safety compliance in a production environment
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
- Refrigeration experience advantageous
Requirements:
- Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Red Seal) with at least 2 years' post-qualification dealership experience
- Experience in premium vehicle brands (Jaguar Land Rover experience an advantage)
- Diagnostic experience beneficial
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate with a valid driver's licence

- Knowledge of shutter doors or related industrial doors is advantageous
- Proven new business development and account management experience

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory
