Kendrick Recruitment is on the hunt for a passionate Wine Steward to join a prestigious luxury boutique hotel in Cape Town. This is your chance to be part of a team delivering exceptional, personalised wine experiences to discerning guests, all within a refined and inspiring environment.

- Shift Work: Early (06:30-15:30) / Late (14:00-23:00) / Night (22:00-07:00)
As Wine Steward, you'll support the Sommelier team in managing, presenting, and serving the hotel's exceptional wine programme. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help deliver seamless, knowledgeable, and refined service across restaurants, private dining, and events. You'll also assist with cellar organisation, stock control, and guest recommendations-ensuring every wine experience is memorable.
Who they're looking for:- WSET Level 1 or 2 (or currently studying)
- Strong communication, presentation, and guest service skills
- Calm, organised, and enthusiastic under pressure
- Clean disciplinary and strong attendance record
- Genuine passion for wine and beverage service
