Wholesale Administrator Overview

We are working with a hugely successful fashion company who are keen to recruit a Wholesale Administrator to join their team and support the smooth running of wholesale operations.

This is a varied role working closely with the sales, merchandising, warehouse, and finance teams, helping to manage orders, support customers, and ensure products are delivered on time.

Wholesale Administrator Key Responsibilities
  • Upload product and pricing information to internal systems and the website
  • Create and process purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs)
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and product records
  • Support the sales team by tracking order progress and assisting with customer enquiries
  • Prepare quotes, product information, labels, and packaging details for wholesale customers
  • Coordinate product samples and follow up on approvals
  • Liaise with overseas suppliers regarding production schedules and deliveries
  • Work with the warehouse team to support order dispatch, shipment tracking, and stock coordination
  • Generate invoices, packing lists, and support general administration across the wholesale department
Additional Information

The Wholesale Administrator will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and be a confident communicator.

Previous experience in administration, wholesale, merchandising, or order processing is beneficial.
