An experienced Welding Co-ordinator is required to oversee and monitor production within an industrial manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for ensuring products are manufactured correctly, cost-effectively, and delivered on time while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Matric
  • SAIW or IIW Level 1 Welding Inspector Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or welding production environment
  • Strong understanding of ISO 3834 and welding quality standards
  • Experience in production control, throughput planning, and process optimisation
  • Ability to monitor and maintain plant, equipment, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience handling non-conformance, corrective actions, and quality documentation
  • Ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth production flow
  • Experience in staff supervision, performance monitoring, and basic disciplinary processes
  • Sound understanding of health and safety compliance in a production environment
