WordPress Developer - Luxury Brands

DLG is the strategic growth partner for the world's most iconic luxury brands - fusing AI, proprietary technology, and creative intelligence across Geneva, Shanghai, Paris, and New York.

We need a detail-obsessed content professional to manage deployment across multiple luxury client websites and run newsletter campaigns at scale. You work from fully approved assets - no copywriting, no design - pure flawless execution.

We're looking for a meticulous, experienced web content professional to manage deployment across multiple luxury client websites and coordinate newsletter campaigns at scale. You'll work from fully approved assets - designs come from Figma, copy arrives in final form - your job is flawless, on-brand execution that meets the exacting standards of prestigious luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Newsletter Campaigns

  • Implement fully designed email templates from Figma in Mailchimp (primary) or Klaviyo
  • Ensure pixel-perfect rendering across all clients: Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile
  • Manage audience segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing setup
  • Handle GDPR compliance within email platforms
  • Run thorough pre-send QA: rendering, dark mode, link tracking, deliverability, spam score
  • Manage 8-12 newsletters/month across multiple luxury clients

Website Content Management

  • Upload and maintain product pages: high-res images, technical specifications, descriptions
  • Publish editorial content: articles, brand stories, heritage pieces, collection pages
  • Build and update campaign landing pages for seasonal launches
  • Embed and optimize video content; apply light CSS/HTML customizations where needed
  • Primary platforms: WordPress (most frequent), Sanity CMS (critical - headless, API-driven), Squarespace and Drupal (nice to have)

QA & Standards

  • Cross-browser and device testing: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge - desktop and mobile
  • Responsive design verification, link validation, image optimization
  • Typography, spacing, and loading speed consistency checks
  • Maintain the content deployment calendar and provide weekly activity reporting
  • Respond to urgent requests within 2-4 hours; standard deployments completed within 24-48 hours
  • Attend weekly or fortnightly 1-hour sync with the Performance team
Requirements
  • 6+ years managing content across multiple CMS platforms
  • Strong Sanity CMS hands-on experience (headless/API-driven)
  • Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo proficiency
  • Solid HTML/CSS for light customizations
  • Exceptional attention to detail; luxury brand experience preferred
  • Available European business hours
