Water Services Manager - International Environmental Consulting (Mining Sector)

Location: Johannesburg / Hybrid Working (3 Office days a week)

We're working with a leading international environmental consultancy that partners with major clients across the mining sector to deliver cutting-edge water and environmental solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you'll shape groundwater services on a global scale, manage high-profile projects, and guide a talented team of specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing a groundwater team, driving excellence in hydrogeology, modelling, and water services.
  • Overseeing international mining-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standards.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships, and supporting strategic growth.
  • Contributing specialist hydrogeological expertise to environmental assessments and rehabilitation projects.
Qualifications
  • A postgraduate degree in Hydrogeology, Water Science, or Hydrology.
  • 8+ years' consulting experience, ideally within the mining sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, with proven experience mentoring and managing teams.
  • Registered with SACNASP (or equivalent professional body).
  • Excellent technical, commercial, and client-facing skills.
