Warehouse Ops & Inventory Lead - Multi-site

An established distribution business seeks a disciplined, hands on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure stock accuracy, and maintain compliance with operational and safety standards.

This role is suited to a structured professional with solid experience in warehouse supervision or stock control in manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG environments. Exposure to technical or electrical products such as batteries, inverters, or similar equipment would be advantageous.

Travel to satellite locations may be required.

• Matric
• Diploma in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (NQF 5) advantageous
• 6-8 years' experience in warehouse supervision or inventory control
• MS Office and ERP systems experience (SAP advantageous)
• Strong inventory control and reconciliation capability

• Manage warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control and FIFO compliance
• Conduct cycle counts and coordinate monthly stock reconciliations
• Monitor product condition, including voltage checks, rotations, and scrap management
• Maintain stock levels of consumables and packing materials
• Compile exception reports relating to claims and stock rotations
• Oversee stock management at satellite locations (Bethlehem and Upington)
• Ensure full health and safety compliance within the warehouse
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff in line with company standards
