Warehouse Operations Manager

Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management, preferably within an FMCG environment
- At least 3 years' proven managerial or people leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and transportation processes
- Hands on experience with WMS and ERP systems
- Solid understanding of inventory management, stock accuracy, and space optimisation
- Experience managing operational and cost budgets
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations (ISO experience advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
