Job Description
  • Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
  • Manage stock control, stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records
  • Coordinate dry goods and finished goods flow, including 3rd party stock
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration, reporting, and documentation
  • Supervise staff, manage performance, and support training and development
  • Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards
  • Monitor costs and ensure operations stay within budget
  • Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure service efficiency
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 with a relevant diploma/degree in Warehousing or Distribution
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar warehouse role (FMCG/wine industry advantageous)
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and staff management ability
  • Experience with stock systems and documentation (incl. export processes)
  • Self motivated, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
