Job Requirements
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification
  • Health and Safety / SHEQ Certification
  • Forklift / Heavy Machinery Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Minimum 3-5 years warehouse management experience
  • Experience handling steel, pipes, or heavy industrial materials
  • Experience managing a team of warehouse staff
  • Experience with inventory management systems / ERP software
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination
  • Stock control and inventory management
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations (OHS / SHE)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with warehouse management software (WMS / SAP / other)
  • Understanding of transport and delivery schedules
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a warehouse team
  • Experience in conflict resolution and performance management

  • Planning and organizational skills for daily operations
  • Ability to implement and monitor KPIs
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Understanding of fire safety and emergency procedures
  • Own car / Transport (Preferably)
