Warehouse Coordinator Inbound

Location: Johannesburg As a Warehouse Coordinator Inbound, you will support Stryker's distribution operations by ensuring inbound warehouse activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with quality and regulatory standards. You will play a key role in receiving, storing, and managing products so that operations run smoothly, and customers receive their orders on time.Prepare and maintain trade compliance documentation for shipments between South Africa, Northern Ireland, and the EU, including CHIEF reporting requirements.Train new starters in all aspects of the role, ensuring tasks are performed safely and according to work instructions. Professional working proficiency in English3-5 years of experience in a warehousing or similar environment Strong working knowledge of warehouse processes and ERP/WMS systems (e.g., JDE or similar) Ability to follow established procedures and apply practical judgment based on experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Tertiary education (College or University) Experience supporting regulated environments such as medical devices or healthcare logistics
