Job Description
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Checker for a well-known liquor distribution company based in Brackenfell, Cape Town. The role involves verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
The company distributes premium wines nationwide.
Responsibilities- Ensure that all orders have been checked
- Ensure that orders are accurate
- Ensure that the checked cage is securely locked
- Ensure that all orders have been identified and log sheets completed
- Assist as a stand-in for the shift supervisor when necessary
- Report any incidents or suspicious activity within the warehouse to the manager immediately
- Ensure that the warehouse remains clean and organized at all times, including maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years FMCG warehouse experience as a checker
