We"ve got a position open within our Warehouse Department (the engine room of Wootware), where all the receiving, storage, and dispatch magic happens. Whether it"s booking in a new shipment of GPUs or carefully packing a customer"s dream build for delivery, the work you do here directly shapes the customer experience.

In the warehouse, you"ll form a vital part of either the Receiving Team or the Dispatch Team, depending on where your strengths lie. Here"s what to expect from each:

Receiving Team:

• Receiving and unloading incoming stock deliveries
• Inspecting products and verifying quantities
• Booking stock into our system and assigning storage locations
• Organising shelves and ensuring proper stock rotation
• Assisting with periodic stock takes and maintaining inventory accuracy

Dispatch Team:

• Picking products on order from storage
• Assigning products to orders
• Packing items securely for shipping
• Processing courier waybills and shipment documentation
• Preparing manifests and facilitating courier collections
• Ensuring customer collection orders are ready and correct

• Detail-focused: You catch discrepancies easily and take pride in doing things right the first time
• Organised & Reliable: You like structure and understand that good systems keep everything flowing
• Physically Capable: This role is active, you"ll be moving, lifting, and unpacking stock daily
• Computer Literate: You don"t need to be a tech wizard, but familiarity with computer hardware and a willingness to learn will benefit you greatly
• Team-oriented: You work well with others and communicate clearly.
• Proactive: You don"t wait around when something needs attention; you just get it done

• Must be over 18 with own reliable transport
• Must be able to work full-time in Somerset West, Western Cape
• Matric certificate or equivalent

The starting salary for this position is R 8,000. Salary brackets are simply an indication and by no means a ceiling. There is always room for continued growth and learning.
