Key Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Receive stock from suppliers on ERP
  • Bin stock received on shelf
  • Pick stock on shelf for customer orders
  • Perform cycle counts of stock
  • Analyze warehouse performance data
  • Produce warehouse KPI reports
  • Communicate with over-the-counter customers
  • Identify customer requested part numbers using existing system
  • Place customer orders on the system
  • Provide feedback to customer about the status of their orders
  • Answer customer calls and emails and provide requested information
  • Process import shipments from suppliers overseas on ERP
  • Work with freight forwarders to ship air and sea freights from overseas suppliers
  • Create purchase orders for direct and indirect materials
