With a solid geographical footprint, over 45 countries, and a workforce of over 500 staff in South Africa, we are a global leader in our industry.About the roleReporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for picking, packing and checking sales orders against internal documentation. General housekeeping and stock counts are of utmost importance, as you will be allocated a dedicated area in the warehouse which needs to conform to set standards. You will also be assisting with deliveries of the sales orders to our customers within the Western Cape by accompanying a dedicated driver on the day to the respective customers delivery location.

• Checking stock, assisting with the counting of stock before stock leaves the warehouse premises - match invoices
• Assist with daily stock and perpetual counts
• Pick stock according to the generated picking slip
• Packing stock into correct areas as per warehouse layout, bin locations and dedicated areas relative to the stock being handled
• General housekeeping and cleaning of your dedicated allocated area , as well as any other locations directed by the warehouse manager and or supervisor.
• Clean all stock before packing it in designated storage areas and cleanliness is maintained throughout.
• Assist as a truck assistant when executing deliveries to clients preferred location
• Ensure that no substandard stock is supplied to customers
• Always comply with the health and safety regulations
• Ensure products, quantities and chemical batch numbers are correct as well as accurate stock recording to prevent discrepancies.

About you:

• National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Valid forklift license will be advantageous
• Basic ERP/ WMS knowledge (Sap, Sage, Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience using handheld scanners and or stock control devices
• Abillity to lift, move and carry heavy pool equipment or chemical containers as well as stamina for standing and moving throughout the day
